TOOLED DESIGNS ON BOTH INDICATE SIMILAR DATE OF MANUFACTURE. The Cigarette box, meant to carry a pack of non-filtered smokes has machine tooling throughout the exterior. (It appears to me the catch has been repaired.) Still viable today, the front possesses engraved initials of "HB" withing a diamond.

| I meaures 1" in depth x 3-1/4" in height (with catch) x 2-1/8" in width in nickles plated alloy which was once plated in gold within. Most of the innner plating has worn off. The lighter, too, has been well-used. The original nickle plate is all but gone. Leaving a wonderful, authentic patina, only time can provide. The Regens lighter was patented in the early 1930's. This is a special duo. Wonderful for the collector or user alike. STRIKE WHILE THE ITEM IS "HOT"!!! |
